Now the new plant in Makassar south Sulawesi, Indonesia, open the
opportunity for the following position with the qualification as per below:
1. Cocoa Bean Analyst
Requirement:
-
Possess Bachelor or Diploma degree on any Agricultural and/or Science
Discipline
- Ability to communicate in English
-
Fresh graduate are welcome
-
Ability on doing laboratory work precisely and with timely manner
- Could conduct chemical and
physical analysis work in the laboratory
- Fast learner
- High integrity and could work in
team

Willing to work in Makassar
Job Description:
1. Carry out sampling, physical and chemical analysis for all
incoming cocoa beans.
2. Carry out outdoor
cocoa beans grading
3. Assist QA
executive in the study of flavor and quality development of cocoa beans
from different origin, source and corp.
4. Liaise with warehouse
and production personnel on the cocoa beans allocation and quality status.
5. Witness cocoa beans
sampling during surveying and ensure correct sampling and analysis method are
being adopted by third party.
6. Report the analysis
results in both written and verbal to QA executive
7. Audit cocoa beans
stock condition.
8. Prepare and keep cocoa
beans samples for reference.
9. Maintain good house
keeping and ensure good safety in the working area.
10.Participate in the group ring test for cocoa beans.
